Hi, I ordered a pizza with extra toppings, (donner and pepperoni), but when the pizza arrived, (20 later than expected), the additional toppings where a complete disappointment, if they has been added at all. I even photographed the pizza to remind myself how poor the toppings where. I have used Masala Grill for a long time now, but I just feel that there is no customer loyalty and corners are being cut to save money. Donner is a relatively cheap topping, so this being scrimped on is a slap in the face. On a positive note, the pizza was nice, but when extras are being asked for, that is what you expect.

I had spicy chickens Nachos with kebab meat & cheese 😋 food has got so munch better with the guys @Massala grill over past couple years . Keep it up guys I always try diff so if u want to send free food for review 😉 I always happy 2 help 😊 😆

Great quality food

Great food but cold. Delivery was over 90 minutes.

I paid extra for stuffed crust pizza. I did not get stuffed crust pizza. Food was bland.

Really enjoyed my meal

Ordered food to arrive at 8pm, it arrived at 6.20pm with no chilli sauce as I had paid for. Meal was cold when my friend arrived at 8pm

The meal was 30 minutes late. So it was just warm when it arrived.

I love Masala Grill, it’s definitely one of the best takeaways in Dunfermline. I will say though, you seem to have changed the cheese in the Stuffed Crust and it isn’t very nice at all. I ended up picking it all out, which is a shame as it used to be incredible.

Buy the time we got our delivery it was just warm.

For the last few times we have ordered it’s been delivered late and food hasn’t been very warm

Was supposed to arrive 6.50 didn’t arrive till 7.30. When it finally arrived it was just warm.

There needs to be an option to have the sauce separate on food.

The best takeaway in Dunfermline. The staff are great people and are always helpful. The food always tastes great and is super value for money. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

You shouldn't be charging for a carrier bag when most of the time you deliver without a carrier bag
