Amazing service and amazing food

Great meal from them as usual and very fast delivery, much better than the meal I had last week!

Masala Grill is the best takeaway in Dunfermline usually, but this meal wasn’t the best. Pizza arrived cold and took over an 1.5 hours to arrive. I will order again but not on a Saturday as they clearly can’t cope when it’s a bit busy.

Ordered two calzones. Garlic done calzone delicious. Chicken garlic and chilli calzone amazing. So tasty with a bit of a kick. Highly recommend

Masala Grill is my first choice for takeaway, but this meal was not good. The quality of the chicken was poor, some pieces could only be described as chewy. Within hours of eating the meal, I was unwell, and as a result spent the following day in bed. I am not sure if you have used a different supplier/wholesale outlet, or corners are being cut to save costs, but it was terrible. I feel really disappointed, as I have used Masala grill for such a long time, but sadly no more. Regards Mike

Forgot the poppadoms and Peshwari naan, but didn't want to go back and complain. Good was great aside from that, the guys there are real friendly.

Took a punt on Masala Grill while looking for something different from our usual pizza etc. I absolutely loved the Masala calzone we chose and it was ready when they said it would be. Couldn’t fault the meal so will be returning for more in the near future. Thanks guys. 👍🏻

Food is always great tasting and hot when delivered.

First time to order on line the pizza was not good the order was wrong toppings added that were not asked for normally we go into the shop and it's always great food so won't be using the app again

The biryani was perfect - exactly the way I like it. The pizza was good too, though the Hawaiian side was a little lacking in flavour (we've noticed this with a different Hawaiian pizza too, so perhaps it is just the way it is locally). Very much enjoyed the meal, and we saw much more that we want to try in the menu. We'll be back!

One of the best pizza making outlets in Dunfermline! I collected my pizza no trouble at all, was waiting for me to arrive! Only grumble is that no sauces (garlic/spicy) were included with the pizza, complimentary sauces used to be included!

Chicken Pakora were amazing. Chicken tikka in the biriyani was as dry as a bone. Not at all enjoyabe. Naan bread seem to have got smaller and smaller and used to be oozing garlic butter. Now pretty dry and disappointing.

Was a bit late and therefore not as hot as previous deliveries have been

I ordered food online at 11.40pm and it said it would deliver to me by 00:50am, it never showed up, no ine answered the phone when i called to chase and not one attempt made to contact me at any time. Now trying to figure out how to get my money back. Abismal

Delivery time was good. Food was hot only compliant was the chips were over cooked
